Outplacement - Resources to help your employees who have been affected by layoff, restructuring, or other transitions find their next success.  Services can be customized to meet your needs and budget, and may include job search workshops, preparation of marketing/career search documents (e.g., résumés and LinkedIn profiles), interview preparation, and career transition counseling.

Career Development - Helping current employees navigate their career by identifying their strenghts, interests, and areas for growth, and how these fit within your changing needs (e.g., you and the employee may agree a new or expanded role will allow them to make a greater contribution while providing them with the opportunity to grow as a professional).  Often, this process also includes creating an updated résumé that highlights the employee's development, career progression, and contributions, clearly demonstrating their fit for the proposed position.    

Training - Workshops and individual training for employees and managers on professional and personal development topics such as:

~ Using social media for professionals and businesses (primarily LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook)
~ Assessing individual interests, values, and preferences (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® -
  MBTI®) – and how they impact our work and interactions    
 
Recruitment - Supporting your efforts to find the right candidate for your organization and the position.  Services are customized to meet the needs of your organization, and may include sharing the opening with others who have access to your potential candidates, screening résumés, and conducting initial interviews.
